The Northern Wilderness Paddlers Gathering.

Meet and learn from a group of experienced, inspiring, wilderness paddlers. The weekend event takes place at the Hulbert Center in Fairlee, VT. Great food and comfortable accommodations. Northeast Woodworkers Association in Saratoga Springs, NY.
We will display in the gallery a new 13' solo/tandem with a maximum load of 350 pounds. Think of it a primarily a solo craft with a tandem option.

Design Your Own Skin-on-Frame Double Paddle Canoe or Kayak At Yestermorrow Design/Build School in Waitsfield, VT.

As we build a skin-on-frame double paddle canoe, I will stress the basic principles that the students can use to design from scratch and build their own canoes and kayaks in lengths varying from 11 1/2" to 15 1/2". Annual Wooden Canoe Heritage Assembly.

Build Your Own Double Paddle Canoe at the WoodenBoat School

Spend a week in Brooklin, ME at the this well-respected and well-equipped boat building school. We will build the unique canoe with the Rines Reversible backrest described on our "What's New" page. The Woodenboat School will post a full description of the course in early December. Registration, which fills quickly, begins January 2nd.
